How can I return my order?

Of course it is possible that your order is not to your liking. Don't worry! You can always return it to us. Use the Withdrawal form . Has the return period expired and have you sent your return? Then we can unfortunately no longer accept your return. Check carefully whether your order is eligible for return via the withdrawal form.

Can I exchange my order?

It is possible to exchange your order for another size or color while stocks last. Send us an email via info@wolfes.nl within 14 days after receipt . After approval, you may return your order to the specified address. The shipping costs of your return are at your expense. As soon as we have received your return in good order, we will send the new item to you at our expense! It is not possible to exchange your order for other items. For this you must place a new order.

First check if your order is eligible for return:

- Your return is registered within 14 days after the date of receipt;
- The items must be unworn and in original condition including the attached price tag;
- If stains or odors are found during fitting, we unfortunately have to refuse your return. The costs for returning your order are at your expense.
