How can I return my order?

It is of course possible that your order is not to your liking. No problem! You can always return to us. From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to return. Use it for this Withdrawal form . Has the return period expired and have you still sent your return? Then we can unfortunately no longer accept your return. The costs for resending your order are for your account. Check carefully whether your order is eligible for return via the withdrawal form.

Can I exchange my order?

It is possible to exchange your order for a different size or color while stocks last. Then send us an email info@wolfes.nl within 14 days of receipt . After approval, you may return your order to the specified address. The shipping costs of your return are for your account. As soon as we have received your return in good order, we will send the new item to you at our expense! It is not possible to exchange your order for other items. For this you need to place a new order.

First check whether your order is eligible for return:

- Your return is registered within 14 days after the date of receipt;
- The items must be unworn and in original condition including attached price tag;
- If stains or odors are detected during fitting, we unfortunately have to refuse your return. The costs for returning your order are for your account.
