WOLFES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective September 1, 2026
1. GENERAL
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between WOLFES and the customer.
1.2 The terms and conditions are available at wolfes.nl.
1.3 By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms in effect at the time of ordering.
1.4 WOLFES reserves the right to amend these terms. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.
1.5 WOLFES endeavors to ensure that the items delivered correspond to the descriptions and images on the website.
2. ORDERS AND DELIVERY
2.1 Delivery is subject to availability.
2.2 The customer is responsible for correctly entering their name, address and other delivery details.
2.3 Delivery times stated on the website are indicative. No rights can be derived from an indicative delivery time.
2.4 If an order cannot be delivered, either in full or in part, the customer will be informed.
2.5 A €7 shipping and handling fee will be charged if an incorrect address is provided and/or an order is not collected from a pickup point on time.
2.6 If the customer wants a returned, uncollected package to be sent again, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 All prices on wolfes.nl are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 WOLFES is not bound by obvious pricing, typographical or data entry errors.
3.3 The price displayed when placing the order applies to the order, except in the case of obvious errors.
3.4 The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
4.1 After receiving the order, the consumer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
4.2 Each return is subject to the WOLFES return policy in effect when the order was placed.
4.3 The full return policy is available at wolfes.nl and forms part of these terms and conditions.
4.4 The customer is responsible for the costs and risks of returns.
4.5 The customer is responsible for keeping the proof of postage and the track & trace code until the return has been fully processed.
4.6 Sale items with a sale price of €19.99 cannot be returned or exchanged.
4.7 Any shipping and handling costs due under the applicable return policy will be deducted from the refund amount.
4.8 Returned items are inspected upon receipt. A return request or confirmation of its receipt does not automatically mean that the return will be accepted.
4.9 The full terms regarding, among other things, return periods, item condition, return identification, shipping costs, uncollected parcels and missing returns are set out in the separate WOLFES Returns Policy.
5. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
5.1 WOLFES processes personal data necessary to process and fulfill orders.
5.2 Personal data is handled in accordance with WOLFES's privacy policy and applicable privacy legislation.
5.3 More information about the collection, use and storage of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy at wolfes.nl.
5.4 If the customer has signed up for marketing communications, they may unsubscribe at any time.
6. COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTS
6.1 Customers are asked to check their order upon receipt.
6.2 If you received an incorrect or damaged item, or an item is defective, contact WOLFES as soon as possible at info@wolfes.nl.
6.3 When submitting a complaint, include your name, order number, a clear description of the problem and, if applicable, clear photos showing the problem.
6.4 Do not return an item you have a complaint about before contacting WOLFES, unless otherwise stated.
6.5 If a complaint is justified, WOLFES will provide an appropriate solution.
7. OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
7.1 Offers and discounts are valid for the stated period and while stocks last.
7.2 Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed.
7.3 Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
7.4 WOLFES is not bound by an offer when there is clearly an error or mistake.
7.5 Additional promotional terms may apply to certain promotions. These will be stated with the relevant promotion.
8. FORMATION AND REFUSAL OF ORDERS
8.1 An order is placed once it has been received by WOLFES.
8.2 WOLFES reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example in the event of an obvious error, suspected fraud, or abuse.
8.3 If WOLFES cancels an order that has already been paid for, the amount paid for it will be refunded.
9. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND IMAGES
9.1 WOLFES makes every effort to display and describe items as accurately as possible.
9.2 Colors may differ slightly from the actual color due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
9.3 Minor differences in color, finish, or dimensions that may reasonably occur with an item do not automatically constitute a defect.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
10.1 WOLFES is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill its obligations when these result from circumstances beyond WOLFES's reasonable control.
10.2 This may include, among other things, outages, transport problems, strikes, government measures, extreme weather conditions, and problems with suppliers or carriers.
10.3 If force majeure temporarily makes performance impossible, WOLFES may suspend its obligations until performance becomes possible again.
11. LIABILITY
11.1 WOLFES is not liable for damage caused by the incorrect or improper use of an item.
11.2 To the extent permitted by law, WOLFES is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any rights or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Dutch law.
12. RETENTION OF TITLE
12.1 Delivered items remain the property of WOLFES until the full amount due for the relevant order has been paid.
13. GOVERNING LAW
13.1 Dutch law applies to agreements between WOLFES and the customer.
13.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the applicable statutory rules.
