We need important information from you to process your order correctly. If you place an order with us, you make your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, payment method and of course the ordered products available to us.

When you complete an order, your payment will be processed by our payment partners and your order will be sent to our warehouse partner. When your order is ready to ship, we will share your name, address, email and phone number with our carrier to deliver your order.

Our warehouse partner, payment partner and our carrier do everything they can to protect your data.

Customer service

If you contact our customer service, your personal data will be registered. Our customer service has access to all information related to your order. This way they can help you as best as possible if you have questions about the status of your order or when you return an item. Customer service also has access to previous correspondence.
