Register
For certain parts of our webshop, you must first register. After registration, we store your data via the username you chose and the personal data you provided. We keep this data so you don't have to fill it in every time and so we can contact you in relation to the execution of the agreement.

We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties, unless necessary for the execution of the agreement you enter into with us or if legally required. In case of suspected fraud or misuse of Wolfes.nl, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

Processing your order

To correctly process your order, we need important information from you. When you place an order with us, you provide us with your name, address, email, phone number, payment method, and of course the ordered products.

When you complete an order, your payment is processed by our payment partners and your order is sent to our warehouse partner. When your order is ready for shipment, we share your name, address, email, and phone number with our carrier to deliver your order.

Our warehouse partner, payment partner, and carrier do everything to protect your data.

Customer service

If you contact our customer service, your personal data will be recorded. Our customer service has access to all information related to your order. This way, they can assist you as best as possible if you have questions about the status of your order or when you return an item. Customer service also has access to previous correspondence. This helps to provide you with better service.

Newsletter
