Shipping and delivery

After you place your order, we prepare it for shipping as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped on business days after 5 PM. We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has been finalized, it is prepared for shipping. It is therefore not possible to cancel an order.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note: If you entered an incorrect address or did not collect your order from a pickup point on time, €7 in shipping and handling fees will be charged.

Prefer to pick it up?

You can also pick up your order in Enschede.

To do so, contact us at @wolfes.nl and include the item you want, its color and size, and your name. You will then receive a payment link.

After payment, we will arrange a time for you to pick up your order.

Items are not reserved or held. Pickup is only possible once the order has been paid for in full.
