Shipping and delivery

Once you have placed your order, your package will be prepared for shipment. If you order on business days* before 5:00 pm, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after 5:00 pm, your order will be sent with our courier on the next business day. We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 3 business days*. Your package will be prepared once your order is final. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel your order.

Note: if you entered your address incorrectly or did not pick up your order at a pickup point, we will charge the original shipping costs of €6.60.

Prefer to pick up?
It is possible to pick up your order in Enschede! Please contact us via our social @wolfes.nl. Include in your message the item with color and size and your name. You will receive a payment link from us with which you can place the order. After this, we will make an appointment for picking up your order. Note: payment must be made immediately after receiving the payment link. Items are not reserved or held. You can only pick up your order after payment.
