Can I exchange my order?
You can return your order provided it meets the return conditions on the withdrawal form (e.g. reported within 14 days, unworn and in original condition, jewelry excluded). For a different size/color, place a new order and return the current one. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
How can I return my order?
It can happen that your order is not as expected. No problem: you can always return via the Withdrawal Form. Please check in advance whether your order meets the return conditions on this form. Returns reported or sent after the deadline unfortunately cannot be accepted.
