Shipping and delivery

When you have placed your order, your package will be prepared for shipment. If you order on working days* before 3:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. Do you order later than 3:00 PM? Then your order will go with our courier on the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 3 working days*, depending on the shipping method you choose during the ordering process.

Prefer pick up?
It is possible to pick up your order in Enschede! Please contact us via our social @wolfes.nl. Mention the article with color and size and your name in your message. You will receive a payment link from us with which you can place the order. After this we will make an appointment to pick up your order. Please note: the payment must be made immediately after receiving the payment link. Items are not reserved or held. You can only pick up your order after payment.

Free shipping for orders over €150.00 (Belgium, Germany, France).

International shipment*:

Belgium	€11.00	2 business days

France	€12.00	5 business days

*all orders will be shipped on business days after 3 pm. However, the delivery time depends on your carrier.

The spring/summer season is approaching and Ramadan and Eid are coming again! For WOLFES this means a peak period and we expect large crowds. We do everything we can to replenish stocks as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee that a particular item will be back in stock. So don't wait too long to order your favorite fashion item! All orders are shipped on time. Ordered on working days before 3:00 PM = shipped the same day!
