Shipping and delivery

Once you have placed your order, your package will be prepared for shipping. If you order on working days* before 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order later than 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the next working day by our courier. We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 3 working days*. Your package will be prepared after your order is final. It is therefore not possible to cancel your order.

Please note: if you have entered your address incorrectly or have not collected your order at a collection point, we will charge the original shipping costs of €6.29.

Prefer to pick up?
It is possible to pick up your order in Enschede! Please contact us via our social @wolfes.nl. Mention the article with color and size and your name in your message. You will receive a payment link from us with which you can place the order. After this we will make an appointment to pick up your order. Please note: payment must be made immediately after receiving the payment link. Items are not reserved or held. You can only pick up your order after payment.

International shipment*:

*all orders will be shipped on business days after 4 pm. However, the delivery time depends on your carrier.
